Adding Products
Step-by-Step Guide

Navigate to Products
Go to Products → All Products in the sidebar

Click "Add Product"
Click the blue "Add Product" button at the top right

Enter Product Information
- • Product name (required)
- • SKU or product code (required)
- • Price (required)
- • Cost price (optional)
- • Description (optional)
- • Category (optional)
- • Brand (optional)

Set Initial Stock
Enter the current stock quantity for this product

Upload Product Image
Click "Upload Image" to add a product photo (optional but recommended)

Save Product
Click "Save Product" to add it to your catalog
Product Variants
Product variants allow you to sell the same product in different sizes, colors, or other attributes.
Creating Variants
- 1. When adding a product, select "Variable Product" type
- 2. Add variant attributes (e.g., Size: Small, Medium, Large)
- 3. Set price and stock for each variant
- 4. Save the product
💡 Tip: Variants are perfect for fashion items (sizes, colors), electronics (storage sizes), or any product with multiple options.
Managing Categories
Creating Categories
- 1. Go to Products → Categories
- 2. Click "Add Category"
- 3. Enter category name and description
- 4. Optionally add a parent category for subcategories
- 5. Save the category
Benefits: Categories help organize products, making them easier to find in POS and reports.
Barcode Management
Generating Barcodes
- 1. Go to Products → Barcodes
- 2. Select products to generate barcodes for
- 3. Choose barcode format (EAN-13, Code 128, etc.)
- 4. Click "Generate Barcodes"
- 5. Print barcode labels
💡 Tip: Barcodes make checkout faster. Use a barcode scanner at POS to quickly add products to cart.
Bulk Product Import
Using CSV Import
- 1. Go to Products → All Products
- 2. Click "Import Products" button
- 3. Download the CSV template
- 4. Fill in product information in the template
- 5. Upload the completed CSV file
- 6. Review and confirm the import
⚠️ Important: Make sure your CSV file matches the template format exactly. Required fields: Name, SKU, Price.
